Thirty all-inclusive resorts spread across nine islands, each with its own airport and its own character. This guide groups them island by island so you can see where the adults-only resorts are, where families are welcome, and how far the beach is from the runway.

This guide covers the 30 Caribbean island all-inclusive resorts in our Resort Finder outside Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, which have guides of their own. Saint Lucia has the most with 7, then Antigua, Barbados and Curaçao with 4 each, Aruba and the Bahamas with 3, Grenada and Saint Vincent with 2, and Turks and Caicos with 1. Sixteen are adults-only and 14 take families. Sandals Resorts International accounts for 14 of the 30 (10 Sandals and 4 Beaches), Royalton Hotels & Resorts for 6, Hyatt's Inclusive Collection for 6 and RIU for 3; Jolly Beach Antigua is independent.

Every island has its own airport, so the ride from the plane is often the biggest practical difference. Grenada is one extreme: Sandals Grenada is about a mile from Maurice Bishop International Airport and Royalton Grenada about 5 minutes. Saint Lucia is the other. Six of its seven resorts are on the island's northwest coast and the seventh sits above Marigot Bay, while Hewanorra International (UVF), the airport Sandals lists for its three resorts there, is at Vieux Fort, 40 miles south of Castries by the tourism authority's figure. Royalton Saint Lucia quotes about 90 minutes from it, the three Sandals resorts give 34 to 41 miles, and Zoëtry Marigot Bay about an hour. Elsewhere, the Barbados Sandals pair is about 7 miles from Grantley Adams and Beaches Turks & Caicos about 6 miles from Providenciales.

The list leans adult. All ten Sandals resorts are adults-only with a minimum age of 18, and so are Royalton CHIC Antigua, Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia and two of the three Riu Palace hotels (Antillas in Aruba and Paradise Island in the Bahamas). Both Secrets resorts are adults-only too. Of the 14 family resorts, six list a kids' club: Beaches Turks & Caicos, Royalton Antigua, Royalton Grenada, Royalton Saint Lucia, Dreams Curaçao and Sunscape Curaçao. Read the fine print on the rest: Jolly Beach Antigua takes guests 12 and older only, the two Zoëtry resorts are adult-oriented with children permitted, and Royalton Vessence Barbados keeps its rooftop for guests 18 and over.

Several are new: Sandals Saint Vincent opened in March 2024, Royalton CHIC Antigua in April 2024, both Secrets in June 2025 and Royalton Vessence Barbados on June 1, 2026. Three are not open at all. Beaches Exuma is the former Sandals Emerald Bay being rebuilt as a Beaches resort; its official page still says the opening date is to be announced, though the company's chairman said in May 2026 that it would open in fall 2027. Beaches Barbados is under construction in St. Peter and, by the same remarks, due the year after. Beaches Saint Vincent is last in the pipeline with no date. How to choose

Check the airport ride before you fall for the island

Published transfers range from about a mile at Sandals Grenada to about 90 minutes at Royalton Saint Lucia, where Hewanorra International is 40 miles south of Castries at Vieux Fort. Zoëtry and Sunscape Curaçao quote 10 and 20 minutes, Beaches Turks & Caicos and Royalton CHIC Antigua 15 to 20, and Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, Royalton Antigua and Royalton Vessence Barbados about 30. Sandals Saint Vincent is about 45 minutes with its included transfer, and Sandals Grenada includes an airport lounge on arrival and departure. Beaches Turks & Caicos also lists free transfers, while Sunscape Curaçao says its are not included, so check each resort's page.

Settle adults-only or family first

Sixteen of the 30 are adults-only, and every Sandals resort sets the minimum age at 18. The family side is less uniform: Jolly Beach Antigua admits guests 12 and older only, Zoëtry Curaçao and Zoëtry Marigot Bay are adult-oriented resorts that permit children, and Royalton Vessence Barbados is open to all ages but builds its dining, wellness and entertainment mainly around adults, with an 18-and-over rooftop. If you want a family resort with a separate adults' zone, Riu Palace Aruba and Dreams Curaçao both have one, tied to an upgraded room category at each (Elite Club at the RIU, the Il Mare suites at Dreams).

With kids, compare the clubs and the water

Six family resorts list a kids' club. Royalton Grenada and Royalton Saint Lucia take ages 4 to 12; Grenada adds a kids' pool and splash pad, and Saint Lucia a teens club and a splash park with a playground. Dreams Curaçao's Explorer's Club covers ages 3 to 12; Sunscape Curaçao has the same club plus Core Zone for teens 13 to 17. Royalton Antigua has a kids club and a shallow water play area. Beaches Turks & Caicos goes furthest, with a Kids Camp with certified nannies, a 45,000 sq ft water park with 9 slides, and 10 pools.

Count the resort next door

Several stays come with a second resort attached. Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados sit side by side on Dover Beach and share 21 restaurants and 14 bars. Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia guests get full access to Royalton Saint Lucia. Zoëtry Curaçao is not on a beach, so its guests ride a golf cart to the Il Mare beach at Dreams Curaçao and can dine there too, and Il Mare guests can use Zoëtry in return. Sandals Halcyon Beach guests can eat at two other Sandals resorts nearby, and the two Riu Palace hotels in Aruba list the same Palm Beach address.

Overwater rooms, golf and the hurricane belt

Overwater bungalows exist at four resorts here: Royalton Antigua, Royalton CHIC Antigua, Sandals Grande St. Lucian and Sandals Saint Vincent. Green fees at Cap Estate Golf & Country Club are included at Sandals Grande St. Lucian and Sandals Halcyon Beach, while golf at Sandals Royal Curaçao's on-site Old Quarry course costs extra. And if hurricane season worries you, Aruba's official tourism site says the island sits well south of the main Atlantic hurricane belt, and Curaçao's says the island is geographically outside it; seven of the 30 resorts are on those two islands.

Saint Lucia all-inclusive resorts

Seven resorts, five of them adults-only. Six are on the island's northwest coast, including Castries, Rodney Bay and Cap Estate; the seventh, Zoëtry Marigot Bay, sits on the hillside above the Marigot Bay marina. Hewanorra International is 40 miles south of Castries, so plan on a long ride, and note that two of the three Sandals resorts include green fees at Cap Estate Golf & Country Club.

Antigua all-inclusive resorts

Four resorts, two adults-only and two for families, though Jolly Beach Antigua takes guests 12 and older only. Sandals Grande Antigua and Royalton CHIC Antigua both sit on Dickenson Bay, which Sandals calls the island's longest beach, and both Royalton resorts here offer overwater bungalows.

Barbados all-inclusive resorts

Two adults-only Sandals resorts stand next door to each other on Dover Beach at St. Lawrence Gap, about 7 miles from Grantley Adams International, and guests can use both. Royalton Vessence Barbados opened on June 1, 2026 at Discovery Bay in St. James, near Holetown, about 30 minutes from the airport. Beaches Barbados is under construction in St. Peter; the chairman has said it would follow Beaches Exuma by a year, but no official opening date has been announced.

Curaçao all-inclusive resorts

Four resorts, three of them Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels near Willemstad: the family Dreams and Sunscape, both with casinos and kids' clubs, and the 72-suite Zoëtry, which is not on a beach and uses the Il Mare beach at Dreams Curaçao. Sandals Royal Curaçao, the island's one adults-only entry, is at Santa Barbara about 16 miles from the airport, with golf on site for an extra fee.

Aruba all-inclusive resorts

Three resorts. The two Riu Palace hotels list one Palm Beach address, one adults-only (Antillas) and one for families (Aruba), and both have a casino and a nightclub. Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, adults-only with 304 suites, opened in June 2025 at Baby Beach Bay near San Nicolas, about 30 minutes from Queen Beatrix International Airport.

Bahamas all-inclusive resorts

Two open resorts, both adults-only: Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, about 4.6 miles from Lynden Pindling International with an included water taxi to its private island, and Riu Palace Paradise Island on Paradise Island's Casino Drive. Beaches Exuma, the former Sandals Emerald Bay on Great Exuma, is being rebuilt as a family resort; its official page gives no date yet, and the chairman said fall 2027 in May 2026.

Two resorts, both minutes from Maurice Bishop International Airport: adults-only Sandals Grenada on Pink Gin Beach, about a mile away with an airport lounge included, and family Royalton Grenada on Magazine Beach, about 5 minutes away, with a kids' club for ages 4 to 12.

Saint Vincent all-inclusive resorts

Sandals Saint Vincent, adults-only, opened on March 27, 2024 at Buccament Bay with two-story overwater villas, about a 45-minute drive from Argyle International Airport. A Beaches resort is planned for a new 53-acre site about three miles past Sandals, but it is last in the Beaches pipeline and has no opening date.

One resort: Beaches Turks & Caicos on Providenciales, a family resort with the biggest restaurant count in this guide at 23, plus 10 pools and a 45,000 sq ft water park, about 6 miles from the airport. Its Treasure Beach Village, open since March 1, 2026, adds villas of up to four bedrooms that every guest can use.

Which of these Caribbean all-inclusives have overwater bungalows?

Four in our data. Royalton Antigua and Royalton CHIC Antigua both offer them; at the CHIC they come with Diamond Club access and butler service. Sandals Grande St. Lucian has overwater bungalows on its Rodney Bay peninsula, and Sandals Saint Vincent has two-story overwater villas at Buccament Bay. The Royalton Antigua is the only one of the four that takes families.
