Luxury Travel
At this level, the booking is the smallest part.
Anyone can reserve a suite. What you're actually paying for is the relationship behind it.
Booking a Four Seasons through a preferred-partner programme and booking the same room on the hotel's own website produce identical confirmations and completely different stays. One comes with breakfast, a property credit, an upgrade at check-in when inventory allows, and a name at the front desk who knows you're arriving. The other doesn't.
The rate is the same. That is the entire point, and it's the least understood thing about working with an advisor at this level.
Same rate, different stay. The amenities come from the relationship, not the price.
What that looks like in practice
- Property credits and daily breakfast on qualifying stays through preferred programmes
- Upgrade priority at check-in, subject to availability — flagged before you arrive, not requested at the desk
- Early check-in and late checkout arranged in advance rather than negotiated on the day
- A real person to call when something isn't right, who can call the hotel directly
- Someone who has been there, or who knows precisely who has
The hotel or cruise line pays my commission, so none of this is added to your rate. And I often have access to promotions on top of those amenities, which I pass straight on to you. How I'm paid, and what you pay

Discretion
A fair number of my clients would rather their travel plans not be widely discussed. That's a reasonable expectation and it's how I work by default — no names in marketing, no photographs without asking, no exceptions.

No fee, no obligation. Most first conversations take twenty minutes and end with a couple of ideas worth thinking about.
