UNICO Hotel Collection: adults-only all-inclusive hotels

UNICO Hotel Collection is an adults-only, all-inclusive brand from PAM Hotels, the company that is also behind the Hard Rock all-inclusives in Mexico. This site covers three UNICO hotels in two countries. Two are open, both in Mexico: UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya, which opened in March 2017, and UNICO 20°105° Hotel Riviera Nayarit, which opened in September 2025. Riviera Nayarit is the smaller of the two, with 141 rooms against 448 in Riviera Maya, and in both every room has an outdoor spa tub. The third, UNICO 18°77° Montego Bay in Jamaica, is set to open on March 1, 2027, and will be the brand's first resort outside Mexico. Ask me and I'll check current availability.
