The short version

Not open yet, but worth knowing about: Karisma plans to open Margaritaville Island Reserve Resort Roatán in 2027 on Roatán, an island off the north coast of Honduras, near beaches and the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. The plan calls for 170 rooms, two pools, an outdoor live-music venue and a St. Somewhere Spa, plus a LandShark Brewery, JWB Prime Steakhouse, Frank & Lola's and The Boat House. Ask me and I'll watch for an opening date.
