The short version

On the beach and across from La Isla shopping center, Riu Palace Kukulkan works for adults (18+) who like to mix pool time with a wander. The resort opened in November 2022 at km 12 of the Hotel Zone. Most rooms have a sea view, the four pools come with in-water hammocks and a swim-up bar, and room service runs 24 hours. Elite Club guests have one pool reserved for them.
